Ingredients

1⁄2cShortening
2 eggs
2cFlour
1⁄2tsalt
3 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
1csugar
1⁄2cButtermilk
1 1⁄2tBaking Soda
1⁄2tBaking Powder
1⁄2cNuts

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners.
3. Cream shortening and sugar.
4. Add eggs and buttermilk.
5. Add flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix.
6. Add bananas and nuts.
7. Scoop into muffin pans.
8. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
