| 3⁄4 | c | Oleo (margarine) |
| 1 1⁄2 | c | sugar |

| 1 1⁄2 | t | Sour Milk or Buttermilk |

| 3⁄4 | t | salt |
| 1 1⁄2 | t | Vanilla |
| 3 | c | Chopped Apples (any kind) |
| 4 | T Oleo (Ingredient for Topping) | |
| 4 | T | Brown Sugar (Ingredient for Topping) |
| 4 | T Flour (Ingredient for Topping) | |
| 1 1⁄2 | t | Cinnamon (Ingredient for Topping) |
Instructions
Bread:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°.
2. Cream oleo and sugar.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Add baking soda dissolved in sour milk. Mix well.
5. Add flour, salt, and vanilla.
6. Mix in apples.
7. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
8. Spread topping on.
9. Bake for one hour or until tests done.
Topping:
1. Combine topping ingredients, mixing well.
